This hopeful event, unfolding on the eve of Christmas, echoes the timeless message of Christ: the oppressed shall be set free.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is also a beacon of hope for the people of Iran, who will undoubtedly break free from the chains of the mullahs\u2019 tyranny.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faced with the deadlock of inevitable overthrow, the ruling mullahs have escalated their campaign of repression\u2014executing Iran\u2019s youth on a daily basis, waging war on freedom, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maryam-rajavi.com\/en\/viewpoints\/women-rights-in-iran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>entrenching their misogyny<\/strong><\/a>, and intensifying their persecution and discrimination against ethnic minorities and followers of various faiths across the nation.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">In recent weeks, one of the most ruthless dictatorships in modern history\u2014a staunch ally of the ruling religious fascism in Iran\u2014was overthrown in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Syria?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Syria<\/a>.
