According to state media reports, between March 15 and March 22, over 22,000 accidents occurred, resulting in 277 deaths and more than 6,800 injuries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The shocking figures expose the dangerous conditions of Iranian roads, where poor infrastructure, substandard vehicles, and state negligence combine to create a death trap for travelers. Even with recent drops, around 17,000 died in 2021, or one every 30 minutes, per some reports.
