It has laid bare the incompetence of a regime that prizes secrecy and control above the welfare of its own citizens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On March 26, 2025, the hacker group &#8220;Codebreakers&#8221; announced that it had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eghtesadonline.com\/fa\/news\/2046942\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">breached Bank Sepah\u2019s systems<\/a>, extracting over 12 terabytes of data belonging to 42 million customers, spanning a century.
