The memorandum, signed during a high-level conference of cultural and social managers, signals a full-scale regime effort to regain ideological control over Iran\u2019s younger generation \u2014 and may pave the way for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/iran-news-irgc-media-pushes-surveillance-in-classrooms-amid-crackdown-on-schools\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">expanded surveillance<\/a> and behavioral monitoring in schools under the pretext of preventing social harm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"1017\">Kazemi, expressing unconditional loyalty to the security forces, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asriran.com\/fa\/news\/1053229\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">declared<\/a>: \u201cI am proudly a soldier of Commander Radan.\u201d He added, \u201cEducation is entirely at your service, and your mission is our mission.
