He blamed the West, especially Europe, for enabling this expansion by legitimizing Iran\u2019s nuclear activities and weakening enforcement, particularly through the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe JCPOA made it even worse,\u201d Jafarzadeh said, \u201callowing them to expand the program, including weaponization facilities and enrichment sites.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He further debunked the regime\u2019s narrative that its missile program is unrelated to its nuclear work. \u201cIt\u2019s part and parcel of building a nuclear warhead,\u201d he emphasized.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Regime in Decline<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despite its ambitions, Jafarzadeh argued, the Iranian regime is more vulnerable now than ever. They want freedom and democracy. They won\u2019t settle for dictatorship,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Significantly, Jafarzadeh highlighted that recent protests have largely been driven by the working class and poor in small towns, which the regime claimed to be its base of support. \u201cThis is the new reality of Iran,\u201d he declared.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">No Foreign War Needed\u2014Iranians Are Already Fighting Back<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contrary to assumptions that confronting Iran\u2019s nuclear threat would require foreign military intervention, Jafarzadeh insisted: \u201cThere\u2019s no need for foreign boots on the ground or appropriation of money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instead, he pointed to the Iranian people\u2014especially an organized network of Resistance Units\u2014as the primary force challenging the regime. \u201cIn just the past year, there were some <a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/news\/2024-report-pmoi-resistance-units-lead-courageous-activities-for-irans-freedom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3,000 acts of resistance<\/a> confronting the Revolutionary Guards,\u201d he noted, including attacks on regime centers and public displays of defiance like burning images of Khamenei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He explained that this movement operates under a democratic blueprint: the Ten-Point Plan for the Future of Iran presented by NCRI President-elect <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maryam-rajavi.com\/en\/biography\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maryam Rajavi<\/a>. But more importantly, he emphasized that the outside world must recognize the Iranian people\u2019s right to overthrow the regime and confront the IRGC, which he called \u201cthe worst state sponsor of terrorism.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis regime is not what it was. It\u2019s weak, it\u2019s vulnerable, and the resistance has never been so powerful,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He reminded listeners that the NCRI has consistently exposed Iran\u2019s secret nuclear activities\u2014virtually every nuclear site inspected by the IAEA was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/exclusive-report\/timeline-of-ncris-revelations-to-prevent-a-nuclear-armed-iran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">first revealed by the NCRI<\/a>.
