The number of documented executions in May 2025 stands at 176, which marks a 141% increase compared to May 2024 (73 executions). This level of cruelty and bloodshed is unprecedented over the past three decades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Tuesday, June 3, two prisoners were executed: Majid Behzadi (Bameri), a 38-year-old Baluch compatriot, in the Manujan prison in Kerman Province, and Naser Nabizadeh in Urmia.<br \/>\nOn Monday, June 2, eleven prisoners were executed, including: Mohammad Amin Rastegari in Semnan; Ali Abbasi Moghaddam, Alireza Shahbazi, Ghorban Ali Kamari Nasr, Shokrollah, Behzad, and another unnamed prisoner in Ghezel Hesar Prison; Navid Hadavandkhani and Naeem Naseri in Hamedan; and Iman Sabeqi (30) and Nadim Davoudi (32) in Kahnouj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Sunday, June 1, five prisoners were hanged: Fakhrollah Shirouzehi (30) and Ebrahim Lojei (35) in Bam; Jomeh Narouyi (25) in Zahedan; Shah Mirza Rahmati in Khorramabad; and Mohammadreza Mansouri in Kerman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Wednesday, May 28, judiciary executioners sent 20 prisoners to the gallows. In addition to those named in a previous statement, Mohammad Shahmoradi (29) and Farhoud Hosseini (28) were executed in Kermanshah.<br \/>\nOn Tuesday, May 27, eleven prisoners were executed. Besides those previously named, Yasser Amini (32) and Mehdi Moghaddam (30) were hanged in Qazvin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to additional reports from within the country, beyond those whose executions in Ordibehesht (April 21-May 21) were previously announced, Esmaeil Moradi, Hamid Asadi, and Saeed Karimi were also executed at Ghezel Hesar Prison in late Ordibehesht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maryam-rajavi.com\/en\/biography\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mrs. Maryam Rajavi,<\/a> the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, described the shocking record of executions under Pezeshkian as a futile attempt to confront internal and external crises and prevent a popular uprising. She stated that such actions only further strengthen the people&#8217;s determination to rid the country of religious fascism.
