On Saturday night, January 10, 2026, the fourteenth day of the nationwide uprising, cities across Iran witnessed widespread confrontations between demonstrators and suppressive forces. The uprising has now spread to 192 cities throughout Iran and more than 120 locations in Tehran.<\/p>\n

On Saturday night, in addition to Tehran, many cities, including Kermanshah, Gilan-e Gharb, Rasht, Isfahan, Qorveh, Mashhad, Shiraz, Kazerun, Tabriz, Urmia, Qom, Qazvin, Sanandaj, Izeh, Darreh-Drizh, Hamedan, Ahvaz, Karaj, Gonbad-e Kavus, Quchan, Kerman, and Saqqez, were the scene of confrontations between defiant youths and suppressive forces.<\/p>\n

In Tehran, rebellious youths in at least 30 locations, including Punak, Pakdasht, Saadatabad, Gomrok, Taleghani, Heravi Square, Ariashahr, Shahrak-e Gharb, Chitgar, Ekbatan, Rah-Ahan Square, Salsabil, Qeytarieh, Ferdows Boulevard, Jannat Abad, Shahabad, 17 Shahrivar, Andisheh, Shariati, Rahmatabad, Sattar Khan, Nezamabad, Farrahzad Intersection, Haft-Howz, Pasdaran, Tehransar, Kashani Boulevard, Sattari Boulevard, and Valiasr, confronted attacks by suppressive forces and clashed with regime mercenaries.<\/p>\n

In Nezamabad, clashes were intense, and some government centers were destroyed. In Tehransar, youths lit fires to block the suppressive forces’ advance and liberated the neighborhood. On Sattari Boulevard, they set fire to a pedestrian bridge to block the movement of enemy troops. Terrified of the populace, the regime used drones to monitor demonstrations on Ferdows Boulevard. Large crowds on Kashani Boulevard chanted, ‘Dishonorable, dishonorable,’ and in other areas, they chanted, ‘This is the year of blood, Seyed Ali will be overthrown’ and ‘Death to the dictator.’<\/p>\n

In Quchan, rebellious youths captured and set fire to the governor’s office in a daring attack. In Dashtiari, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, two members of the suppressive State Security Force (SSF) were killed in clashes with defiant youths.<\/p>\n

In Kerman, popular demonstrations led to clashes with Khamenei’s suppressive forces. In Karaj, on Banafsheh Boulevard and in Phase 3 of Andisheh, waves of people took to the streets, chanting, ‘Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Leader.’<\/p>\n

On Saturday, a large number of protesters were killed and wounded by gunfire from suppressive forces, and many more were arrested. Ali Larijani, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), admitted yesterday that ‘a number of ordinary citizens’ were killed and injured and threatened that the regime’s judiciary would deal ‘decisively’ with the detainees.<\/p>\n
