Executions in the Past Three Weeks Reach at Least 243<\/h3>\n

Ali Khamenei and his bloodthirsty regime continue the massacre of prisoners with unmatched cruelty to create an atmosphere of terror, intimidate the public, and prevent their inevitable overthrow. In the third week of the Iranian month of Bahman, between February 3 and 10, at least 99 prisoners were hanged, bringing the number of executions in the first three weeks of Bahman (January 21-February 10) to at least 243.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, February 10, 21 prisoners were hanged: Kazem Faraji-Nejad and Taha Shirzad in Sari, Pirooz Pirvani and two other prisoners in Shiraz, Rajabali Aray in Sabzevar, Afshin Ghanbari in Yazd, Ayoub Sarfi in Khaf, Mahmoud Niazi in Lahijan, Yadollah Mokhtari in Sirjan, Mojtaba Barani in Rasht, Ali Bazargan in Chabahar, Mehrshad Ali-Nia in Damghan, Amin Torkaman in Malayer, Taghi Zalpour in Mahabad, Morad Jahromi in Jiroft, Javad Najjar in Ahvaz, Sina Maleki in Borazjan, Mohammad-Karam Jafari in Ilam, Fariborz Saljoghi in Bam, and Gholam Hassani in Birjand.<\/p>\n

On Monday, February 9, 10 prisoners, including one woman, were executed: Seid-Ali Kalami in Kashan, Keyvan Akbari in Isfahan, Houshang Shoukhi in Saveh, Shahla Dolatabadi in Kerman, Karim Javadi in Zanjan, Mohsen Rezaei in Dorud, Abedin Ahmadi in Neyshabur, Mohammad Zali-Tabar in Gorgan, Rouzbeh Amanat-Doust in Quchan, and Shayan Tojihi in Qaem Shahr.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, February 8, 12 prisoners were sent to the gallows: Nasser Eyvazi, 30, and Amrollah Sajadi, 27, in Ahvaz; Hamid Karyabi in Nain; Danial Abdi in Qom; Parsa Taghi-Zadeh in Qazvin; Younes Bagheri in Tabriz; Nezam Tajik in Bandar Abbas; Rahman Najafi in Arak; Shah-Mirza Qaed-Rahimi in Borujerd; Abbas Khordbin in Semnan; Mehdi Jafarian in Ardabil; and Khaled Hosseini in Nowshahr.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, February 7, Khamenei\u2019s henchmen hanged 16 prisoners: Ali Mirdar, 32, in Gorgan; Abolfazl Naghavi in Hamedan; Morad Saheli in Zahedan; Mohammad-Ali Saeidlou in Nahavand; Behzad Mashayekhi in Yasuj; Sosha Moradi in Kermanshah; Ali Sarlak-Abad in Aligudarz; Jafar Faryadi in Dezful; Avin Sorkhi in Sanandaj; Farhad Sheikhi in Karaj; and Babak Amraei, 25, Mohammad-Qasem Amraei, Ali Fazakhosh-Neshin, and three other prisoners in Khorramabad.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, February 4, 18 prisoners were hanged: Jafar Shahri in Gonabad, Khan-Morad Azizi in Taybad, Houman Momeni in Esfarayen, a prisoner named Morad-Hassan in Kashmar, Amir-Hossein Norouzi in Ferdows, Moslem Almasi in Sari, Hamed Niktaj in Mahshahr, Ayoub Mashhadi in Bojnurd, Shervin Yari in Behbahan, Kousha Moradi in Bukan, Parham Ferdowsi in Shahrekord, Moharram Abdi in Bushehr, Eskandar Poshtkar in Mashhad, Hojjat Mansouri in Chabahar, Fariborz Mehri in Damghan, Hassan Alaei-Bakhsh, 28, Bakhtiar Shahabi, and Iraj Mostafavi in Gorgan.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, February 3, 22 prisoners were hanged: Farhad and Ahmad Heydari in Qezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, Farhad Karimzadeh and Biuk Namvarzadeh in Tabriz, Ali Mohammadpour in Quchan, and Nasser Shahmoradi and Ahmad Borhani, 29, in Gorgan. The names of other victims were mentioned in the previous announcement.<\/p>\n

Thus, the recorded number of executions in the first three weeks of the Iranian month of Bahman has reached at least 243.<\/p>\n
