The events unfolding in Iran today are not merely another chapter in the long saga of repression and resentment. They mark the beginning of the end of a tyrannical system that has held a great nation hostage for nearly half a century.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For nearly five decades, this regime has waged war against its own people. Hundreds of thousands of Iranians have paid the price. And the world again witnessed the regime&#8217;s barbarity during the January 2026 uprising, when thousands were slaughtered for daring to demand freedom. But tyranny, no matter how ruthless, cannot extinguish the human yearning for liberty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Iranian people have demonstrated extraordinary endurance, resilience, and courage. Their struggle is for the establishment of a democratic republic founded on the will of the people. And in this historic struggle, the role of the Iranian Resistance has been indispensable. Having known the National Council of Resistance of Iran and the MEK for 15 years, I must express my deep admiration for you, Madam Rajavi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the helm of this remarkable movement, you have provided steadfast leadership through some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable. They believed that by marginalizing and sacrificing a 60-year-old resistance, the embodiment of the Iranian people&#8217;s century-long struggle, they could somehow moderate the behavior of the medieval rulers in Tehran, and history is now proving them to be wrong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is therefore significant that the NCRI has demonstrated both political acumen and foresight by presenting a clear roadmap for Iran&#8217;s future. The announcement of a provisional government based on Madam Rajavi&#8217;s Ten-point plan is a vision of the Iran that can and must emerge after the fall of the theocracy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ten-point plan is, in essence, a Jeffersonian document. It embodies the universal principles of liberty, free elections, separation of religion and state, gender equality, and the abolition of the death penalty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this reason, the international community and my own government must recognize this provisional government as the legitimate interim authority of Iran. Their future lies in a democratic republic chosen by the people themselves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And finally, I salute the courageous Resistance Units inside Iran. Even in these perilous days and nights when bombs fall and the regime unleashes terror, they continue their struggle with remarkable determination and bravery. These brave young men and women are providing and proving that the fate of Iran will not be decided by foreign powers, nor by remnants of past dictatorships, but by the Iranian people themselves and their organized resistance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ladies and gentlemen, the day of victory is approaching. Let us stand firm with the NCRI and Madam Rajavi at this decisive moment in history.
