Iranian regime’s military spokesman Ebrahim Zolfaqari boasted the world to prepare for $200 oil. Britain’s prime minister reiterated after talks with Group of 7 leaders that Iran must abandon its nuclear ambitions. Australia closed some of its embassies in the Middle East, and its foreign minister said the Iranian regime’s dangerous and destabilizing attacks were putting civilians at risk. Al Arabiya reported that hacker groups linked to Iran had attacked Stryker, the American medical equipment maker.

Over the last 24 hours, the war was defined by simultaneous escalation in the Gulf, in the shipping lanes, across Iranian territory and in the diplomatic arena. Decades of authoritarian rule, compounded by economic hardship, social unrest, and regional tensions, have pushed the country into a deep and multifaceted crisis. In such circumstances, the question of a viable national solution for Iran’s future has become more urgent than ever.

What Iran needs today is a comprehensive national framework—one that guarantees freedom and independence while embracing political pluralism and secular governance.
