This official said that even if a power of attorney for selling a property has been issued before the seizure, as long as the official transfer has not been registered, the property remains under the ownership of the individual, and as soon as a judicial order is issued, the seizure is recorded in electronic records, making any official transfer impossible from that moment onward.<\/p>\n
