The development was announced in the campaign&#8217;s statement released on October 13, 2026, marking its 142nd consecutive week of hunger strikes across 66 prisons in Iran.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">UN Rapporteur Expresses Solidarity<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The endorsement and active participation of UN Special Rapporteur Gina Romero represent a major diplomatic milestone for the prison-led abolitionist movement.
