In 2005, under international pressure his execution sentence and that of two other prisoners was suspended. <\/p>\n<p>In fear of increasing popular uprisings and growing social unrest, the regime is trying to create an atmosphere of terror by turning to more arbitrary executions and other medieval and brutal punishments. <\/p>\n<p>The Iranian Resistance called on the United Nations Secretary General, High Commissioner for Human Rights, UN Human Rights Council, and all international human rights organizations to condemn the systematic human rights violations in Iran.
