A report in the Etemad daily identified only one of the men hanged in Bandar Abbas as F.M., a 33-year-old.<\/p>\n<p>   The mullahs&#8217; regime has stepped up public and group hangings since the beginning of so-called beefing up &quot;public security plan&quot; introduced in April.<br \/> The total number of executions in Iran reported by media in 2007 is over 270 which is well beyond the total number reported throughout 2006.
