However, it is for the first time that the mullahs&#8217; regime clamps down on women and youths under the pretext of combating immodesty by those violating the Islamic dress codes in winter. <\/p>\n<p>Such suppressive measures only describe the regime&#8217;s apprehension of popular uprisings.
