The woman, identified as Raheleh, 27, was the mother of a five-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy, the state-run media reported. <\/p>\n<p>   Three other prisoners identified as Safar-Ali Nazari, Sohbatollah Maleki and Habib Oliaee were hanged in the Motahari Square in the holy city of Qom, the official news agency IRNA reported on January 2. <\/p>\n<p>The arbitrary executions by the Iranian regime started at the turn of the year. Only last month it was condemned for the 54th time at the UN General Assembly over its human rights record.
