Women wearing tight dresses are first advised not to appear in such an outfit any more and then the SSF members would close down the boutiques which sold them the clothes in the first place,&quot; added Fars.   <\/p>\n<p>Fars further wrote, &quot;Young men with western hair style would be [pressed] by the SSF to come up with the addresses of the barber shops. Then the shop would be closed down by the security agents.&quot;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>The so-called &quot;boosting public security&quot; plan was first introduced in April of 2007 by the SSF under the pretext of combating &quot;mal-veiling&quot; and &quot;hooligans and thugs.&quot; However, the main targets of such suppressive plans are women and youths in Iran. In implementing the various phases of the plan, the SSF agents have put 1,200,000 women under street arrest and a large number of youths have been sent to gallows. <\/p>\n<p>The Iranian Resistance once again stresses on the need to condemn the mullahs&#039;
