The prison&#039;s warden has isolated the cell block in which the death row inmates are held. The prisoners therefore have no access to the outside world since the phone lines to the block are not operating.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>There are five juveniles identified as Behrooz (Behnod) Shojaii, Mohammad Fadaii, Saiid Jazi, Ali Mahin Torubi and Reza Hadizadeh held in the secluded block.
