Four prisoners were hanged in public by the regime in the southern city of Borazjan in the port province of Bushehr. The four were not identified by the mullahs&#039; judiciary. <\/p>\n<p>Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi, chief of the regime&#039;s judiciary in a directive banned all public hangings in January.
