It has been a tradition for most Iranians to donate blood as means to help their fellow compatriots in need.   <\/p>\n<p>However, the mullahs&#039; regime has not missed the opportunity to pocket some money.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling clerics rub Iranian people millions of dollars in health insurance every year. Workers and more vulnerable parts of the Iranian society with fixed incomes are targeted by the regime&#039;s various mafia-like gangs.
