He also called on Baghdad to comply with divine laws regarding the imperative of providing respectable lives for residents of Ashraf and Palestinian refugees and to also protect them against outlawed groups which threaten Iraq&rsquo;s stability and security.  <\/p>\n<p>The statement released by the Public and Media Relations Bureau of Palestine&rsquo;s Office of the Chief Justice says that Sheikh Taysir al-Tamimi considers the Iraqi government fully responsible for any harm that may be done to the lives, assets and properties of these refugees, and stated that Iraq would not see stability and security unless it protects all citizens and sectors of the Iraqi society, and especially refugees who are Iraq&rsquo;s guests and have been deprived to live in their own countries for reasons beyond their control.
