The text of the death decree was submitted to the court by Paolo Sodani, the lawyer for the prosecution. The document stipulates that members of the PMOI and its supporters are demagogues and are at war against god, therefore they should be killed. <br \/> The only person charged in Naghdi&rsquo;s murder case is a 47-year-old man, Amir Mansour Bozorgian, connected to the Iranian regime.
