The prisoners are identified as Amir Khaleqi and Safar Angooti. <\/p>\n<p>The clerical regime hanged a 23-year-old woman artist, Delara Darabi, in Rasht on May 1, despite widespread international cries. Her execution shocked all advocates of human rights and democracy across the world. She was only 17 at the time of crime attributed to her. <\/p>\n<p>Hanging of youths who are themselves victims of the tyrannical regime for crimes alleged to have been committed when they were under aged, is a clear indication of the barbaric nature of the medieval regime ruling Iran.
