The regime&rsquo;s officials have been denying the families with any information about the detainees.<\/p>\n<p>Hundreds of detainees of the nationwide uprising have been killed under torture in Kahrizak prison, Ward209 of Evin prison, safe houses of the Revolutionary Guards Corps, paramilitary Basij force and basements of the Interior Ministry and other government buildings and their corpses have vanished. <\/p>\n<p>The Iranian Resistance once again reiterates the need to send a fact finding mission of the United Nations and the Human Rights Council&rsquo;s Rapporteurs to investigate the state of those killed in detention or still in detention in Iran. <\/p>\n<p>Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran<br \/>August 24, 2009<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nationwide uprising &ndash;
