NCRI – Meisam Lotfi, who was arrested and accused of “being a thug” in 2007, and was released only after unbearable torture, is arrested again by security forces.<\/p>\n

On August 26, the State Security Forces raided this young man’s residence and after beating him severely, took him to SSF's prison. There is no news of him since then. <\/p>\n

When arrested in 2007, Meisam Lotfi was taken to the dreaded Kahrizak prison, where he was subjected to severe torture, including fake executions. Prior to that, he was arrested during the 1998 student uprising when he was 19, and was kept in prison for some time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
