They were tasked to arrest individuals leading the gatherings and prevent spread of protests to other parts of the city. <\/p>\n<p>One brigade from Seyed As-Shohada IRGC unit under the command of Brigadier General Ali Fazli was brought from Karaj to join a brigade from Fatemeh Zahra IRGC force of Mohammad Rassoul Allah Guard Corps in Tehran. They are stationed in a garrison known as &lsquo;Horr&rsquo; near Khamenei&rsquo;s headquarters. <\/p>\n<p>In a session, Ahmadi-Moghadam, Commander of the State Security Force (SSF) ordered the Special Units of IRGC, Special Guard units and Emdad Unit to suppress more severely the protesters while expressing his dissatisfaction with SSF&#039;s lack of decisiveness in clamping down people.<\/p>\n<p>The SSF had planned to prevent the formation of the primary core of the protests.
