In order to expedite the dispatch of agents to various areas of Tehran, and increase the impact of the Revolutionary Guards and Bassij in those areas, every area under Bassij control has been divided into five smaller areas that increases the four existing Bassij areas to 20. Each area will cover 10 mosques instead of 40. With their heavy presence in the main squares and streets, people will be forced to move to side streets and allies.
