Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb will represent Finland at the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>  &quot;Finland&rsquo;s view is that UN Security Council sanctions should proceed rapidly, also because of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference to be held in May.
