The men named Feizollah and Nazar belonged to Barahouiee tribe and were from Zahedan, the provincial capital of Sistan and Baluchistan. The mullahs, fearing people&rsquo;s widespread hatred toward the regime in Sistan and Baluchistan, execute Baluchi prisoners in cities outside the province. <\/p>\n<p>On April 8, two prisoners were hanged in southern cities of Behbahan and Shadgan.
