They were deprived of fair trial or defense. Hamidi, mullahs&rsquo; chief of justice in Sistan and Baluchistan province announced on that day that Abdolhamid was not executed along with the 13 upon the request of the mullahs&rsquo; Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS).
