Our complaint from the [Iranian regime] officials is that they should have released this person [Panahi] 10 days sooner or later so that his release would not be deemed as a reaction to the Cannes. This lack of consideration fails to acknowledge the conditions of soft warfare and propaganda.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the regime&rsquo;s TV and Radio also called for more foreign satellite jamming. He said the Iranian regime&rsquo;s attempts in this regard have been responded to by other parties jamming its affiliated programs, and added, &ldquo;We jam satellites, and they do the same to us. Then, our programming gets disrupted. For example, the al-Alam network, which airs on Arab Sat and Nile Sat were removed in violation of the contract.
