The following are summaries of seven such legal opinions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2006\/01\/lo-slynndecara.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">The Rt Hon.
