The inhumane punishment has been recently carried out \u200eagainst six other prisoners. At least a 21-year-old prisoner in Tehran and another prisoner in city of \u200eQazvin await the barbaric punishment, according to reports by the state-run media. (Fars News \u200eAgency, October 16, 2010)\u200e<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>During the past few weeks a number of other prisoners have received inhumane punishments.\u00a0 In \u200eSusangerd\u00a0 a prisoner was flogged on October 16 charged with theft.
