Therefore, we can bring forward that issue in Parliament. We will also commence debate on rights violations in detention centers and other areas where the rights, property, security and dignity of the residents are being violated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ebrahim added, \u201cWe, in al-Iraqiya, have a national agenda to encourage real participation in government and ending sectarian and ethnic tensions. We also have a plan for Iraq\u2019s reconstruction and state organs.
