These agreements ensure [Ashraf residents\u2019] rights and safety.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Saeedi added, \u201cThe truth is that when the Iraqi judiciary intervenes in such issues it raises questions and gives the impression that it wants to placate the Iranian regime, a regime whose animosity towards the PMOI is clear.
