Hossein Shariatmadari, who runs Khamenei\u2019s mouthpiece Kayhan daily, said, \u201cThe incident on February 14, although a continuation of the 2009 sedition, but was qualitatively different owing to its distinct plan, design and structure.\u201d<\/p>\n
