NCRI – The earthquake stricken people of city of Saravan, in southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan are not being provided with shelter.
The residents of the city which was hit by an earthquake last week, approached the relief authorities to receive tents in order to provide shelter but they returned empty handed.
A resident of Saravan said, “All my life and house is ruined that’s why I need a tent.”
An official acknowledged the lack of availability of tents and said: 2,000 persons came to receive tents; however, we don’t even have 200 tents”
