NCRI – The hunger strike by hundreds of residents of Camp Liberty and Iranians in Geneva, Berlin, London, Ottawa, Melbourne, Rome, Stockholm and Washington D.C. entered its 105th day on Saturday.
The hunger strikes began after the September 1 attack on Camp Ashraf, Iraq. The Iraqi forces mass executed 52 members of Iranian opposition, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) and took seven other residents hostage.
Iranians in many countries have been staging protests to support the hunger strikes demand that include demanding urgent action to release the seven Camp Ashraf hostages and to protect the residents at Camp Liberty, Iraq.
