On the evening of Tuesday, October 14, 2025, rebellious youth carried out 15 courageous operations in Tehran and 12 other cities—Aligudarz, Mashhad, Borujerd, Karaj, Dezful, Langarud, Lordegan, Rudbar, Mehrestan, Qaemshahr, and Rasht—in support of the hunger strike by 1,500 prisoners sentenced to death in Ghezel Hesar Prison. This took place despite the regime’s repressive forces being on full alert to prevent activities by defiant youth.
Since October 13, 2025, 1,500 prisoners on death row in Halls 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Unit 2 of Ghezel Hesar Prison have been on a hunger strike to protest the execution of their fellow inmates.
In the series of operations by the defiant youth, the following centers were set on fire:
- Eight Basij bases of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Isfahan, Kermanshah, Aligudarz, Mashhad, Dezful, Langarud, Lordegan, and Borujerd
- One government center affiliated with Khomeini’s Executive Headquarters in Karaj
- One regime looting and repression center in Tehran
Additionally, signboards of the IRGC Basij Intelligence spying headquarters, as well as regime symbols and banners displaying the images of Khomeini, Khamenei, and Qassem Soleimani in Qaemshahr, Rudbar, Mehrestan, and Rasht, were set ablaze.
