Iran: Broad Campaign against Regime Leaders and in Support of Iranian Resistance in Tehran and Other Cities
With chants of ‘Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Leader’

Today, Sunday, July 5, 2026, coinciding with the regime’s staged ceremonies and the parading of corpse of Ali Khamenei, and despite the alert status of the suppressive forces and the presence of surveillance cameras, Resistance Units in Tehran and various cities across the country organized a broad campaign against religious fascism and in support of the President-elect and the Leader of the Iranian Resistance. These activities, which included putting up banners and posters, writing graffiti, and distributing leaflets, spanned Tehran and cities such as Bandar Abbas, Sanandaj, Rudsar, Behshahr, Zanjan, Shiraz, Kashan, Isfahan, Saveh, Sardasht, Azna, Sari, Karaj, Hamadan, Bushehr, and Zahedan.
During this campaign, large images of Mr. Massoud Rajavi, the Leader of the Iranian Resistance, and Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), along with the slogan ‘Hail to Rajavi’ and the emblem of the National Liberation Army of Iran, were posted in various locations. In Tehran, leaflets calling for uprisings and rebellion against high prices were widely distributed and posted in different areas of the city, bus stations, school walls, and parks.
Some of the slogans of this campaign were:
– Maryam Rajavi: ‘My commitment is an unbreakable bond for the freedom of all the people of Iran’
– Maryam Rajavi: ‘In the face of skyrocketing bread prices, the only way is rebellion and uprising’
– ‘Death to Khamenei, Hail to Rajavi’
– ‘Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Leader [Khamenei]’
– ‘We swear by the blood of our comrades, we will stand firm to the end’
– ‘Iranians are awake, they detest both the Shah and the mullahs’
– ‘Neither the Shah nor the mullahs, long live the Liberation Army’
– ‘The only path to liberation is weapons and overthrow’
– ‘The only path to liberation is the path of the PMOI
