Between September 4 and 13, 2026, Iranian Resistance supporters and diaspora communities executed a major wave of rallies, marches, photo exhibitions, and sit-ins across North America and Europe. The coordinated actions marked the fourth anniversary of Iran’s 2022 nationwide uprising, expanded the global “No to Executions” movement, and celebrated the 61st anniversary of the founding of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).

- Paris, France: Supporters of the Iranian Resistance marched through the capital ahead of the fourth anniversary of the 2022 nationwide uprising, chanting “Women, Resistance, Freedom” and hosting a photo exhibition to honor fallen protesters. NCRI President-elect Mrs. Maryam Rajavi delivered a message stating that the 2022 and January 2026 uprisings exposed remnants of the Shah’s dictatorship as a drain on the movement. Demonstrators rejected both monarchical and theocratic rule, endorsing Mrs. Rajavi’s Ten-Point Plan for a secular republic.
- Heidelberg, Germany: PMOI/MEK supporters held a rally and photo exhibition protesting the Iranian regime’s use of the death penalty and commemorating the PMOI’s 61st founding anniversary. Participants called for the immediate release of political prisoners, international prosecution of regime officials for crimes against humanity, and the global expansion of the “No to Executions” campaign.

Protesters demanded the closure of the embassy as a espionage and terrorism hub, the expulsion of regime agents from Europe, international backing for MEK Resistance Units inside Iran, and support for the NCRI provisional government under the slogan “Down with the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Supreme Leader”.
