Iran: 33 Fire Festival Operations Target IRGC Centers in 23 Cities

Iran: 33 Operations in Tehran and 22 Other Cities, Setting Fire to IRGC Centers and Symbols of the Clerical Regime During the Fire Festival Campaign

Following the call by the Social Headquarters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) inside Iran for the national Fire Festival campaign (held on the last Tuesday night of the Persian calendar year) as part of efforts to overthrow Khamenei’s inhumane regime, rebellious youths carried out 33 daring operations, setting fire to centers of repression and plunder as well as regime symbols in Tehran and 22 other cities.

The following centers were set ablaze in these courageous operations:

  • Nine IRGC Basij bases in Mashhad, Kashan, Isfahan, Hashtgerd, Saravan, and Kuzaran
    • An IRGC base in Tabriz
    • The 301 Military Battalion suppression headquarters in Fasa
    • The IRGC Commando Brigade Command headquarters in Javanrud
    • The regime’s Judiciary Prosecutor’s Office in Kermanshah
    • Government repression and plunder centers in Tehran, Hamedan, and Mazandaran
    • A regime suppression center in Tehran under the title “Hawza”
    • A center in charge of suppression of women in Tehran under the title “Hawza”

Additionally, a statue of Qassem Soleimani in Shirvan, the signboard of the Intelligence Ministry’s espionage headquarters in Salmas, as well as government billboards, banners, and posters featuring images of Khomeini, Khamenei, and Qassem Soleimani in Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Iranshahr, Robat Karim, Zahedan, Birjand, Gachsaran, Saravan, Rigan (Kerman), Chabahar, and Darmiān (South Khorasan) were set on fire.
