Iran: Students protest at Kashan and Roodehen universities

 Nationwide uprising – Statement 194

NCRI – Students at the University of Kashan staged a protest rally on Monday chanting “Free political prisoners” and “With the help of God victory is close, death to deceitful government,” to protest against detention of their classmates.

Agents of the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) had arrested three students on Saturday.  Another student was also held in custody for three days by MOIS last week.

On the same day, in the city of Roodehen near Tehran, students of Azad University held a gathering in support of calls for planned anti-regime protest on November 4. They were chanting “Death to dictator” among other slogans.
