NCRI logoCoinciding with the 47th anniversary of Iran’s anti-monarchic revolution and under the slogan “Neither Shah nor Mullah,” rebellious youths targeted IRGC and Basij centers and other repressive organs in 15 daring operations in Tehran and 12 other cities, including Ahvaz, Malayer, Kermanshah, Bandar Abbas, Mashhad, Zahedan, Shiraz, Gonabad, Kelardasht, Ardabil, Lordegan, and Varamin. These operations took place while the regime’s repressive security apparatus and State Security Force (SSF) were on the highest alert following the bloody January uprising.

During these activities, rebellious youths targeted and set fire to the following centers:

  • Three IRGC Basij bases in Malayer, Bandar Abbas, and Mashhad.
  • A regime-affiliated seminary and centers of government plunder in Ahvaz.
  • A government looting and plundering center in Kermanshah.
  • Setting fire to symbols, banners, and pictures of regime leaders, including Khomeini, Ali Khamenei, and Qassem Soleimani in the cities of Tehran, Mashhad, Zahedan, Shiraz, Gonabad, Kelardasht, Ardabil, Lordegan, and Varamin.
