In response to the call by the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK/PMOI) Social Headquarters inside Iran, on the eve of the Iranian New Year (Nowruz), and the fire festival, Charshanbe Suri (on the eve of the last Wednesday), the Resistance Units torched banners of Khamenei, Khomeini, and Ebrahim Raisi, as well as signs belonging to the repressive Basij headquarters, the Ministry of Intelligence propaganda headquarters, and offices of the regime’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, in Tehran, Karaj, Mashhad, Rasht, Shiraz, Abhar, Dezful, Mahshahr, Bandar Abbas, Regan (Kerman), Balyan (Kazerun), and Nikshahr (Sistan and Baluchestan).
