According to state-run Mehr News Agency the pickup truck crashed in an agricultural water canal.
The accident occurred at about 11 pm on Tuesday August 10 when people were returning from a wedding ceremony. Several similar accidents have occurred in the recent days.

On August 10 in the city of Saravan the city of Saravan a Peugeot car crashed into the river killing 3 of its 4 passengers.
