NCRI – Western states in the Security Council announced that violation of sanctions by the Iranian regime, mostly in the form of providing Syria with assistance, is alarming.
According to Agence France Presse, on Thursday, the U.S., French and British diplomats wanted a report by the committee for oversight of Iran’s sanctions to be released, but Russia opposed publishing that report.
Prepared by a group of independent experts, the report accused Iran of violating sanctions on import and export of armament by sending arms to Syria.
