State news agency admits voting booths were empty in afternoon
The social headquarters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran(PMOI/MEK) announced that based on eye-witness accounts, many polling stations in parts of Tehran were deserted throughout the day. The number of voters in most such parts was less than the number of state security forces present.
