Bombing of water pipeline in Iraq by Iran regime condemned

Bombing of water pipeline in Iraq by Iran regime condemned NCRI – Terrorists dispatched by the clerical regime blew up for the second time in three days on Saturday, July 21, the water pipeline from the Tigris River to Ashraf City, where thousands of members of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran are based.

The bombing of the pipelines, in the 50-degree heat of summer, is an abhorrent act which constitutes a war crime under the Geneva Conventions.

In a rally in Northern California, Iranian-Americans strongly condemned mullahs’ terrorist meddling in Iraq and its threats to the Iranian main opposition.

Participants in the rally called on international bodies as well as the Multi-National Forces to provide full protection to members of the PMOI under the Fourth Geneva Convention. They also called for worldwide condemnation of water supply line bombing of Ashraf City by terrorist agents dispatched by mullahs’ regime from Iran.

The rally also called on the Iraqi authorities to reaffirm political status of the PMOI members in Iraq as they have been living in that country for some 20 years and it was also previously recognized.
