NCRI – The International Committee for the Red Cross issued a statement on Monday rejecting any participation in a committee announced in Iraq to close Camp Ashraf, according to al-Hurra TV.
The statement says that despite remarks made by Iraqi officials recently about the role of the ICRC in a tripartite committee to close Camp Ashraf, the ICRC considers such participation as improbable.
